“E-IJARA” Information System
Automated information system of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, designed to collect, review and approve materials on the lease of agricultural land plots with authorized bodies and organizations
On December 23, 2021, the automated information system of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan “E-IJARA” was launched, designed to collect, review and agree with the competent authorities and organizations materials regarding the lease of agricultural land. This system is used to list lots on the E-AUKSION electronic trading platform for the purpose of holding open electronic competitions, as well as to assist in obtaining the rights and documents of the winners in the relevant authorities.
The created functions save the user’s precious time and at the same time create the opportunity to easily achieve the desired result, in particular:
- You can get detailed information about the land. It includes the ability to search when entering the lot number, cadastral number, area, territory, status of the land plot, type and term of lease, specialty, bonitet score, salinity of the land, water supply and standard value, etc. At the same time, land specialization is important, it is possible to divide land plots previously put up for tender according to specialization without opening the documents attached to the lots
- if the user likes the site, it can be saved in the list of favorite lands in the personal account using the “checkbox” button. After entering your personal account, you can continue your activities by participating in the competition for the lease of the selected land plot,
- advanced search tool allows you to filter the land according to the criteria listed above. This advantage allows the user to search by entering any information in the search menu when selecting the desired land
