Promotion of “AGROPLATFORMA” system in the regions

Earlier, the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-257 and PQ-113 on “Measures to introduce advanced digital technologies in the field of agriculture” was adopted and its content was conveyed to the representatives of the sector and we reported that a seminar-training was organized at the initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture in order to plan the work to be done in this regard.

Such seminars continue in the regions. In particular, on August 7 of this year, a seminar-training was held in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm regions to convey the essence of the decision to representatives of the industry.

On the basis of this decision, it was decided to implement the effective use of land and water resources through the wide introduction of advanced digital technologies in the agricultural sector, the introduction of interdepartmental information systems for monitoring the condition of crops, and full explanations were given about the possibilities and advantages of the “Agroplatform” information system.
